Damn it- blog tagged by Jim Kukral…ok, ok. I’ll play, I’ll play….if I don’t Shmule might get me or I might get a Sumerian sermon from Sam I am. I won’t bug Paperghost yet…

The idea is that you tag 5 of your blogger friends and pass the torch, also that you (the tag-ee) must write five things about yourself that many people don’t know. Normally this is not up my alley, but as a social experiment…

Here you go…

1. I collect rare books, signed first editions and antique texts.

2. I spent three years as a volunteer fire fighter. Full tilt, SCBA’s, big trucks, burning buildings all that jazz. Movies are a joke- you cannot see anything in a fully involved house fire. The entire experience was interesting and stupid.

3. I hide encoded messages in my blogs and my (groans) MySpace page.

4. When I was 19 I had a lethal car crash and “bottomed out” on the way to the hospital due to hypovolemic shock. I survived, after some serious efforts to bring me back and despite incredible odds survived. I remain unconvinced of an afterlife and have no idea why I am here.

5. I have two tattoos and would prefer to spend most of my time in various metaverses, where I tend to have more than two.

So I tag… well let’s change it up a bit- i am going to tag five people I don’t know that well, at all, or just found interesting or diverse…ok maybe I know one or two….but mostly- they have no idea it is coming…
