Gizmo Project uses your internet connection (broadband or dial-up) to make calls to other computers. The new All Calls Free plan makes calls free between registered, active Gizmo Project users in 60 countries around the world.

Compare to other VoIP:

Gizmo Project- Open to users worldwide, but both parties must be active Gizmo Project users. Calls can go to mobile or land lines.

Skype- Program ends at end of 2006 and is only available to U.S. and Canada users.

AIM- Offering Free US Phone Number- MSFT Windows only.
